Pregnancy Goal

success should doPregnant women are often noted for the “glow” that they have. Their hair is long, strong, and shiny. Their skin is bright, tight, and clear.  They are eating their vegatables, taking pre-natals, and removing fat foods from their diet. Why? There is a goal, the sake of the baby. However, after the baby is born it all falls apart because the goal is achieved.

This description is not from experience, so no need to get the torches and pitchforks. This was was relayed by a group of mothers speaking to a mother to be.

The key that stands out is that everyone knows what they are supposed to eat, vitamins to take, and foods to remove. To fortify the discipline for success you need a definite goal, in particular these mothers did that for the sake of their child, but not for the sake of themselves. Furthermore, the connection to the vibrant and beautiful glow and the intake of supplements and nutritious foods is overlooked. Perception of clean eating is often not what women feel like doing, everyone for that matter, but when you have the goal of being the beautiful healthy and Better You it all comes into perspective.

Greatness in Failure

Great FailIt is normal to fear change. Most people have become so used to the status quo that they no longer resist it or have grown to believe that will not be successful. THIS IS LIE AND COPING MECHANISM! You have a desire to be the Better You and you can as you do not give up!

There will always be echoes of doubt from the old you because it knows you can be successful and from the haters who will just be even more rotten inside when you accomplish what they are not able to. Accept that you may not make it on the first attempt or the third or the tenth, BUT there is no failure until your discpline and consistency succumb and that does not happen until your last breath.

Go boldly into your attempt and make it a great one. The glorious appreciation found in the striving will be amaze you. Go out and bring forth the Better You!

Let’s Talk Food Money

bullshitThe average breakfast costs $5, most people just have a coffee or a coffee and a pastry. Multiply that by 5 days a week and 4 weeks in a month, we get $100. The average lunch costs $12, if you want fat food (I mean fast food) you are really only saving $3-4. Multiply that by 5 days a week and 4 weeks in a month, we get $240. The average dinner costs $17, this is not counting adult beverages or tip. Multiply that by 5 days a week and 4 weeks in a month, we get $340. This is $34/day, $170/week, and $680/month that is spent on food that for the most part is highly processed, unhealthy, and genetically modified.

If you say that is not what I spend SMACK YOURSELF, every sentence in question started with “the” then said “average”. Your poor diet is messing with your cognitive abilities. Make adjustments for your personal case. Now think about every time you said “no” to yourself, your spouse, your children, or your friends because you did not have money. More than likely a different reason was given, but the root is based off of money. This quick calculation is based off one person, what happens when it is a second in a household? when it is the children as well? How much is being spent on crap?

A change needs to be made and it begins with a challenge. One that cleans up your body from all that processed junk. Then, gives your body the vitamins and minerals that it needs to build the Better You. Finally, if you are going to get healthy save money doing it and if you are really serious make money by helping others.

How Bad Do You Want It

One that has energy, feels confident, has outstanding performance, and looks so good that the haters are driven crazy. Accept the challenge and step towards your vision not away.

Cravings and temptations are fleeting so just wait them out, keep your goal in mind. The vision you have is your anchor, your anchor is what you want most, and as long as you have that you can weather through whatever comes. To take what is in front of you right now means you have to give up on what want most. The discipline that you have developed has made you stronger, you can do it.

There are such things as cheats, what would be the point in all of the effort put in if there is no enjoyment? A single cheat (within reason) is not what this is about. This is about maintaining the path of nutrtious eating, sticking to a consistent fitness program, and getting your supplements to enhance your efforts. All of this will get you to be the healthy and Better You, which is what you want most.

Healthy You Inside us ALL

900 lbs xray - get healthyThis is an x-ray of a 900 lb man and the image alone is worth 1000 words. What this x-ray really reveals is that inside us all there is a healthy body. All we have to do is challenge ourselves to let it out, Get Healthy.

The mind can be the greatest prison through discouragement from the negativity of haters or sheer laziness. Overcoming that and finding your discipline to stay the course and achieve the goal that you set forth just takes practice and consistency.

Nutrition plays that key role because it is what you eat that will determine whether the healthy body comes out or cancer manifests. The foods we eat creates the environment that allows cancer to be destroyed or wreak havoc. A healthy eating lifestyle avails most everything.

Fitness is what accelerates the healthy accomplishment. Activity allows the body to sweat out accumulated toxins, use stored energy, and rebuild stronger. The rebuilding needs the right material though and the modern farming system does not provide nutrient dense food, which is why supplements are such a vital component. If you are not using good brick a sturdy foundation is lost.

Dreams and Wishes

can and willWe all have dreams, but why are they not realities? For most it is the lack of discipline and consistency that is holding you back. All that it takes to move dreams from just that to accomplished goals is action. Dreams without the discipline and consistency to make it a goal are just wishes.

It is no longer okay to live like this, you are meant to be so much more because you have the desire and simply need to focus on what it will take for you to become the Better You. Too much time is spent listening to the haters and letting their lies be truth to you. You can and you will overcome cancer, disease, debt, and unfulfillment, once you use your discipline and consistently do what you already know is the right action to implement. Eat nutritious food, always intensify your fitness plan, and include supplements that will accelerate you to accomplishment.

Accomplish your goals of physical and financial health by including a plan that does both!

Health as the Cure

cancer cureRecently there was a story of a young woman who at 22 has been diagnosed with cancer and has begun taking chemotherapy. This a terrifying point in life and there is not anything from someone that has not been through it can really say to relate, so I will not attempt that. What can be done is feed the body what it needs. I am not a doctor and do not make an attempt to diagnose or treat any medical condition. I am a man who has read numerous articles, researched, and just applied logic to the situation.

Cancer needs 3 things low oxygen environment, low pH or acidic environment, and a body deficient in vitamins and minerals. In the standard American high sugar low veggie diet all three of these lead to the epidemic rate of cancer growth and varying types of cancers. People tend to breathe very shallow and when they exercise to the point that they are winded for extended periods of time they oxygenate the body, which kills harmful bacteria and cancer. Bacteria and cancer are not able to survive in oxygen rich environments that people who are on a regular fitness regimen produce. This was discovered and proven by Dr. Otto Warburg, Nobel Laureate who states that depriving a cell from oxygen for 48 hours leads to it becoming cancerous.

Foods that are ingested into the body determine the environment of it. Particularly acidic foods like citrus fruit are good and actually cleanse, but dairy (eliminate), meat (minimize), bread (minimize), and sugar (virtually eliminate) create a low pH or acidic body. Change what you are eating from the processed and fat foods to home cooked, raw, as organic as possible, and non gmo foods. Take in as many salads, fruits, berries, nuts, and vegetables as you can stand, then have some more.

Nutrient deficiency is the core of many maldadies and to rebuild and strengthen yourself to become the Better You fortify your body with good material. Consider that if you use inferior brick to build a house do you expect it to weather a storm? When you see someone in the grocery store getting a 12 pack of diet soda, bag of chips, and cookies what does their body/house look like? Take the Challenge to better yourself and build your house out of good material. Revitalize yourself with a continued nutritional vitamin and mineral packed lifestyle and fitness regimen.

Green Machine for Health

ChlorophylAt the heart of healthy living is a lifestyle with green vegatables and fruit at the core. In particular it is the chlorophyl in leafy vegatables that provide the color and holds the cleansing aspects for purity and nutritional development. Becoming a vegatarian is not the intent, but decreasing the meat intake will bring an immense balance in body health.

Pride SurroundedA mission falls apart if dissenters poison its goal, critics force one to shore up the goal and point out discrepancies so this can be tolerated. Surround yourself with wise counsel and motivated people with the intent to march forward to the mission objective.

The support of friends and team members will solidify confidence and focus during the Challenge that you have chosen to accomplish. To permit haters to taint the vision will only bring forth fear and doubt. When you inform others of your mission to wellness see what their reaction is. This becomes an opportunity to expose and eliminate these poisonous people from your life and build your pride to be only those who are there to assist.

Healthy Throughout Every Part

Blood sample health-unhealthyBeing healthy goes even deeper than the accumulated bulges around the body, deeper than damaged organs like the liver and pancreas down to the blood that courses through our veins. Eating vegatables to provide the necessary nutrients, exercising to burn up calories and detoxify the body, and supplementing to ensure both work at optimal efficiency are the 3 activities that will ensure the best health.

These blood samples are from 2 not obese people, so even if you have a “normal” bmi think deeper. One is from an unhealthy person (left), while the other is from a healthy person (right). Stare at them, which one is coursing through you?

Health comes down to taking in good vegtables, fruits, probiotics, and exercising regularly to sweat out toxins. Challenge yourself to be healthy!
