Inspire Failures

haters failBelieve it or not there are people around you that do not want you to succeed. Many are not doing it for malicious reasons, more so for a personal excuse to perpetuate their laziness and acceptance of failure. You are a shining example of what hard work, perseverance, and discipline brings. You must do it to for them just as much as yourself because they need you to inspire them!

People are watching to get hope because they tend to be to scared to accept the challenge and become champions. So they look for those who let excuses distract them to become evidence. It is up to you to become inspiration!

catalystBe a catalyst, tell everyone that you have committed to become the Better You and how you are doing it to gather up your audience and you will find that many will look to you in their quest. Tell no one and you will find that people will recognize the changes in you and it will gather an audience that will look to you in their quest. Either way they need you to inspire them!

Use your audience to keep you honest and on track. It will remind you of the responsibility to want it more than what you had and your light will guide those who would otherwise self-sabotage and fail to achievement.

Well Built or Well Greased

funny-pic-inside-human-body-foodWhich describes you? Eating nutritious foods, working out, and taking supplements will work wonders in creating the chiseled, well defined, and well built you. Eating fat food, sitting on your rump, and being on the computer all day will create the typical picture of an American, well greased.

From this point forward accept the challenge to build the Better You! Through identifiying the root causes of setbacks a foundation can be made and construction begin. First, how do you feel about your energy level? mental attitude? self-image? What fear has held up the progress? The mind must determine what needs to be accomplished and what the desired finished product is to visualize how to get to the end result.

Now, it is about action! Constantly tell the little negative voice STFU! You have decided to be the Better You and that is what is going to happen. People know the foods to avoid and the little actions that will bring them closer to the goal, just do them. There are no ribbons for good effort and there is change only through completion. Plan your work and work your plan!

Its not the enemy that you must fight, its the inner me that you must build.

I am Responsible for…

You are responsible to make change in your life, own the task. In particular health is the item that we have the most control over. You determine what enters the temple of your body. Restaurants and commercials do not force unhealthy food upon you. Although, they can influence it and that is given, which in turn we must change where go to get food first, then change what we permit to influence decisions.

You are responsible to learn and develop a plan of action to the goal. A degree is not required to find out about healthy options and with the numerous advisors available all one has to do is ask. Taking the time to find out is the only cost due to the fact that one could get the equivalent of a college education with internet access alone. All one has to do is determine the structured plan to follow and stick with it.

You are responsible for your success based on how bad you want to achieve the goal. Temptation will always happen and if you want success more than the tempation you will win. A complete abandonment of a particular food or activity is not required, but moderation and control is.  Every action must bring you closer to your goal and your happiness, along with confidence, grows with every win. Until day comes that you do feel tempted any more and no longer even remember how it had control over you.

You are responsible to making the decision and walk to path to the Better You.

Fear is a LIAR

550985_10201789075032272_1123412094_nThe word Fear is an acronym and it stands for False Evidence Appearing Real. Further to that over 90% of the things that hold us back are only in our imaginations. It is the ultimate hater and will tell you, “With my body type I just can’t lose weight.” “I can never be as fit as you.” “I am too busy to workout.” All of these thoughts are based on fear, more than likely the fear of failure. You must let go of those thoughts and anything that is connected with them. Fear is a liar and will stop you from even beginning to become the Better You that is inside.

To overcome this fear you must get control of your imagination and the excuses that it has created. You can be succesful and achieve the desires of your heart. It all comes down to the decision to make a change in your life and then implementing the plan that will work for you. If you need help with the plan ask, search the internet, or copy what a successful friend is doing. To create the Better You follow this simple equation Energy Output is Greater Than Energy Input. Work out and burn more calories than you take in as food. Make sure that the food you take in is nutritious, stay away from processed foods, sugars, dairy, and grains. It does not have to be forever but you eliminate before you can reincorporate them. You can do it!

After you have the plan it is only a matter of time and that time is shorter when you cast off fear.
