Inspire Failures

haters failBelieve it or not there are people around you that do not want you to succeed. Many are not doing it for malicious reasons, more so for a personal excuse to perpetuate their laziness and acceptance of failure. You are a shining example of what hard work, perseverance, and discipline brings. You must do it to for them just as much as yourself because they need you to inspire them!

People are watching to get hope because they tend to be to scared to accept the challenge and become champions. So they look for those who let excuses distract them to become evidence. It is up to you to become inspiration!

catalystBe a catalyst, tell everyone that you have committed to become the Better You and how you are doing it to gather up your audience and you will find that many will look to you in their quest. Tell no one and you will find that people will recognize the changes in you and it will gather an audience that will look to you in their quest. Either way they need you to inspire them!

Use your audience to keep you honest and on track. It will remind you of the responsibility to want it more than what you had and your light will guide those who would otherwise self-sabotage and fail to achievement.

Get Bitter or Get Better

Bitter BetterToo often we focus on what the next person has, in particular people that we do not even know, come in contact with, or have ever been in the prescence of. Like it is some race with a finish line. It is a blessing to compete at that level, however that is done after a level of health and fitness are attained. Before that and every other aspect of life is against the yourself, to be the Better You.

That continual comparison and falling short of it creates a bitter pearl inside and the more continous the comparison the larger and heavier that bitter pearl becomes.There is a productive way to use this desire and that is to create an attainment path for the item or image.

Determine what is required, the items needed. Then find what needs to change in your life, it may be the job, the food, the intensity, friends, or location. There is something that is holding you back and letting that go is where the continuous competition is. Change what you used to do, who you used to be and you will find the Better You.

Well Built or Well Greased

funny-pic-inside-human-body-foodWhich describes you? Eating nutritious foods, working out, and taking supplements will work wonders in creating the chiseled, well defined, and well built you. Eating fat food, sitting on your rump, and being on the computer all day will create the typical picture of an American, well greased.

From this point forward accept the challenge to build the Better You! Through identifiying the root causes of setbacks a foundation can be made and construction begin. First, how do you feel about your energy level? mental attitude? self-image? What fear has held up the progress? The mind must determine what needs to be accomplished and what the desired finished product is to visualize how to get to the end result.

Now, it is about action! Constantly tell the little negative voice STFU! You have decided to be the Better You and that is what is going to happen. People know the foods to avoid and the little actions that will bring them closer to the goal, just do them. There are no ribbons for good effort and there is change only through completion. Plan your work and work your plan!

Its not the enemy that you must fight, its the inner me that you must build.

Sugar Coated Reality

ba43982f15698f72c3c16c0b27c31809The reality of it all is exactly what we do not wish to see. The reality of the Better You is difficult, it takes willpower, it takes commitment, and it takes focus. What you have been doing is not working for you and needs to change, you know this. Above that you need to change and start telling yourself that you are not able to have everything you want. Up to this point the sugarcoated “it’s okay” and “I’ll just do extra laps” have been accepted, but no more! The line must be drawn here, no farther!

This is not about “fat shaming” it is about “health appreciating” and the fact that you are worth it! Anything else is saying, “Put your feet in the grave with a smile.” Being a size 0 is not the goal and frankly makes people look like a prisoner of war or famine affected refugee. Just stop eating crap! Soda, dairy, and sugars are the root of the problem, that can be solved the fastest by completely eliminating them. Replace them with WATER (unfluoridated), COCONUT/ALMOND MILK (gmo free), and FRUIT (organic). With this change alone your body will LOVE you. Now the best part is that you can kick it up 2 more levels!

Level 1 one is to add in some fitness. It can be walking, jogging, running, swimming, biking, yoga, tantra, or anything that gets the blood moving that you can do regularly. Cleaning house can be a work out. The key is just to get moving so that your are using up more energy than you are taking in.  The intensity determines the rate of results, the harder you go at it the faster the Better You comes out.

Level 2 is to start taking supplements. Everything in your body revolves around your digestive system, get your probiotics. Get your vitamins, get your minerals to enhance the results and rebuild your body. You have to rebuild your  foundation with good material to truly be the Better You. Keep in mind supplements enhance not replace or taking the place of anything else. Eat real food along with your supplements and you will see amazing results!
