It really is not complicated. Although, it does require a change in habit and commitment to follow through. All of the accumulated fat and junk has to go in order for the nutritious building blocks to be absorbed into the body. Excuses and Want

They will play on weakness and only bring forth exactly what you have gotten so far. To maintain your discipline and achieve your goal all you have to do is want it bad enough.

Most people only kind of want to accomplish their goals, mainly because they want the sugary junk food, carb loaded pastas, and hip hugging creams more than looking in the mirror and be pleased with the better physical version of themselves that brings along better health, immune defense, and self-esteem. All of which amounts to the Better You. Become the minority by making a decision to really accomplish what the heart and mind desire.

Like it is some race with a finish line. It is a blessing to compete at that level, however that is done after a level of health and fitness are attained. Before that and every other aspect of life is against the yourself, to be the Better You.

That continual comparison and falling short of it creates a bitter pearl inside and the more continous the comparison the larger and heavier that bitter pearl becomes.There is a productive way to use this desire and that is to create an attainment path for the item or image.

Determine what is required, the items needed. Then find what needs to change in your life, it may be the job, the food, the intensity, friends, or location. There is something that is holding you back and letting that go is where the continuous competition is. Change what you used to do, who you used to be and you will find the Better You.

Change, You Are Not Dead Yet

Haters take a person down with their fiery darts due to the ease of inaction not because they are correct. Find what is in you to not give, to not be a quitter.

When a person tells themselves they they are not able to accomplish a task it is the ultimate lie. The only reason it works is because you choose to believe it. Too many people have circumstances beyond their control occur in their lives and overcome them, while the average person just needs to start eating nutrtious foods and walk around more. Tell yourself the truth, that you CAN accomplish what you set your mind to.
