Had everyone done exactly what they know they should regarding their health all would be copasetic. A change is evident and it comes down to when will you choose to become the Better You? Never is the worst time, yesterday is when it should have began, and now may be late, but it is always better than tomorrow. Just move from never to late.

Being healthy is a race that the time of accomplishment is somewhat flexible, although, since most of us are impatient we want it done sooner than as soon as possible. Choosing a timeframe will provide motivation and a framework to measure out the markers on the path. Without one it is a constant struggle of starts and stops. It must be one that is reasonable and specific. To say spring when it is summer is reasonable, however is it beginning, middle, or end of spring? There must be a date. It takes roughly 21 days to form a new habit and it is best to replace an old habit with a new one instead of just stopping something. Replace that sugary drink with a Spark, replace the cheeseburger with 2 apples, replace sitting in from of the television for a half hour with a half hour walk. Being reasonable about it is all that it takes. Take the next 24 days to challenge yourself to start the journey. It should have began years ago and it may have even been a start/stop process up until now, but there must be a point at which it all changes and that point is right now, it is late, but not never. Inner Strength to Slice

dv1507012Nothing in life is accomplished without pain and inner strength comes through two types, one that will cut through or the other that will continually cut you. This pain stems from the discipline that slices through mental baggage holding on to laziness keeping success at bay. When not allowed to develop the blade curves in and creates the regret that constantly cuts internally like a thousand pin pricks. Suffer only for discipline that will make the Better You.

Suffering is temporary and is all in the mind. It is the result of knowing what should be done and struggling with the baggage of laziness weighing down action. Discipline is the process of slicing through excuses and obstacles. So what if the body is tired! So what if something inconsequential is missed! So what if a sugary tart has to be disregarded! There is a goal in mind and it must be achieved, in fact it is even a greater achievement when more excuses and obstacles are cut away!

Discipline cuts inwardly when success is not sought after becoming regret for half hearted actions that one can do, but simply does not for lack of inner strength and further when it is not even attempted becoming disappointment for letting shear laziness inhibit success. This pain is lasting and continuous.

Garbage Man Cometh

garbage foodThe foods that are put into our mouths provide the materials that make up the body. So if fatty, over processed, nutrient empty, and carcinogenic concoctions are going in what is that person made of? Whats worse is that people do it on purpose!

To make healthy bodies begins with making healthy choices and the simplest begin with drinking clean pure water (not from the tap), getting healthy foods, eating our veggies, and taking in quality supplements. It really is not complicated. Although, it does require a change in habit and commitment to follow through. All of the accumulated fat and junk has to go in order for the nutritious building blocks to be absorbed into the body. Inspire Failures

haters failBelieve it or not there are people around you that do not want you to succeed. Many are not doing it for malicious reasons, more so for a personal excuse to perpetuate their laziness and acceptance of failure. You are a shining example of what hard work, perseverance, and discipline brings. You must do it to for them just as much as yourself because they need you to inspire them!

People are watching to get hope because they tend to be to scared to accept the challenge and become champions. So they look for those who let excuses distract them to become evidence. It is up to you to become inspiration!

Excuses and Want

They will play on weakness and only bring forth exactly what you have gotten so far. To maintain your discipline and achieve your goal all you have to do is want it bad enough.

Most people only kind of want to accomplish their goals, mainly because they want the sugary junk food, carb loaded pastas, and hip hugging creams more than looking in the mirror and be pleased with the better physical version of themselves that brings along better health, immune defense, and self-esteem. All of which amounts to the Better You. Become the minority by making a decision to really accomplish what the heart and mind desire.

Self Love Prevents Self Sabotage

Taking the steps to make sure that you will be successful in your challenge. Take away all those items that may cause you to stumble. Overcoming the easy meal is a result of proper planning. We know that we need to eat each day and investing the time to visit the grocer to get the ingredients to make lunch each day, have the foods available for a balanced dinner, and get the appropriate supplements to provide for their nutritional needs will make the best description of you. Coming Up Short
