You have to believe that before you will will be able to motivate yourself to do what is necessary to accomplish the change. The next step is to have a plan.

Failing to plan is planning to fail – Benjamin Franklin.

The 24-Day Challenge is the beginning of that plan. Core nutrition will create health from the inside out, weight loss is just a side effect. Poor food options are the accumulaters of weight and a drag on your healthy body, that needs to be stopped and cleaned out to develop a strong foundation. Eating nutrtious meals and supplementing alone will shed pounds and inches. Take pictures as you progress, if for no one else but yourself.

Do something active, energy output must be greater than the energy input. Getting a workout plan is the next step, walk, run, bike, lift, or all of the above. When choosing a workout, consider Level 1 or Level 2 to burn off the accumulated excess, sweat out toxins, and just get the blood flowing. It will increase your energy level to be the vibrant Better You that has been hidden for too long.
