After a good workout lactic acid build up, combined with muscle strain, are behind much of the soreness that a person feels. Although, many have soreness without doing any activity which Dr. William Davis, in his book Wheat Belly, attributes much to the modern grains that people eat. 1. Interesting read and video. I did not watch the entire video, but the speaker is very interesting. The einkorn is much different from the wheat today. My wife is highly anaphylactic to wheat. She’ll give hives and swells up if she ingests wheat, and carries 2 epi-pens at all times.

    1. What gets really interesting is that his findings primarily relate to the American market alone. The same effects do not occur in Europe.

What is suspected is that the pesticides and potentially GMO cause the reactions. Overall stay away from the grains and most things significantly diminish or go away.
