Nutrition + Fitness = Health
Well the scale wasn’t budging so I decided I would give the 3 Day Military Diet a try to lose those 3 pounds. While on this “Diet” I did not exercise at all, and only drank water – about 4 water bottles a day.
If none of you have heard of it, it goes something like this.
Breakfast – 1/2 Grapefruit, 1 Slice of Toast, 2 Tablespoons of Peanut Butter, 1 cup Coffee or Tea (with caffeine) – I did not have Coffee or Tea just Water
Lunch – 1/2 Cup of Tuna, 1 Slice of Toast, 1 cup Coffee or Tea (with caffeine) – Again No Coffee or Tea and I added Mustard and some pickles to the tuna.
