Discipline is a side effect of making your plan, sticking to your plan, and being a Champion in your Challenge. Discipline is a side effect of going to the gym even when you do not want to, when you are tired, when you know you are supposed to. Discipline holds together the Better You.

Weight loss is the side effect of providing the nutrients that your body craves. Weight loss is the side effect of tilting the balance of energy output to energy input. Weight loss is the side effect of your body shedding fat and building muscle.
