Measure the Inches

ImageWhen it comes to a true sense of accomplishment it is not the scale that we look to but the image in the mirror. Measure your inches lost! That is a better reflection of how close you are to the Better You. Many people and trainers will say that muscle weighs more than fat, but a pound is a pound. It is just that a pound of fat takes up more space, less dense, while muscle is more dense.

When it comes down to it ignore what the scale says as long as you look the way that you desire. Keeping in mind that you must be replacing all of the lost fat with vitamins and minerals for enhanced muscle development and proper replenishment. A nutritious lifestyle will handle much of this, but the nutrient density is no longer found in modern food. So be sure to get your supplements in a highly bioavailable and quality form.

  1. This is a nice post. I wanted to let you know that I represent Isagenix. Our products are of a higher quality than Advocare and we’re about to go into momentum. I encourage you to join me. The comp plan is very generous. Best of luck to you!

    • Thank you! I am glad that you enjoyed it.

Happy to hear that you are satisfied with the quality of your products and that you are supplementing to be as healthy as you can.

Best of luck with your products and hope that they are able to have the longevity, science, professional athletes, and healthy friends that Advocare has grown to work with.
